At the heart, a cocktail of flowers provides a firework display as daffodil and jasmine reveal their assertively brazen characteristics. Altogether chypre, woody and exotic, the inimitable Vol de Nuit’s bold personality and floral, woody facets bloom into a daring ambery fragrance trail. Designed by Raymond Guerlain, its iconic inverted heart bottle is underscored with graceful scrolls typical of Art Nouveau. Its avant-garde stopper, in the form of a hollowed heart, evokes the delicate romanticism of this perfumery masterpiece and represented a real technical feat at the time.
